Instead of showing you what is in my handbag today I thought I would share what's in my gym bag! I am a gym bag collector. I mostly like Lululemon. I have more than I would like to admit. They do such a great job at making a gym bag stylish, but also very functional.
1. Pick out a fabulous gym bag. Look for a bag that you can be proud to wear in public. Also, look for one that has compartments. I like when there are pockets, a section under the bag for wet clothes, a bag inside the bag for your dirty shoes, and a place to put your laptop, water, and iPod.
2. Buy clothes that are flattering. I hardly ever wear a old dingy t-shirt or sweat pants to work out. When I do I feel unattractive and dumpy. You will be more functional and feel better wearing clothes that hug your figure. I also like clothes that are dry-fit (I hate when clothes get too sweaty) and I like bright colors that invigorate me!
3. Pack it all. I hate when I am about to work out and I don't have the right equipment or accessories. I have my jump rope, gloves, goggles, headbands, watch, band aids, etc. I don't work out at a gym with a shower. So, I don't need any shampoo or hair dryers, but I like to have face wash and and a brush in case I can't rush home.
Have a fun and active weekend!
