Blouse-vintage, Skirt-Forever 21, Bag-vintage, Ring-YSL, Shoes-Forever 21
This fall fifties style is back and retro, clean, glamorous looks all over the runway. I love the way the fifties celebrated woman with curves and real bodies. I decided to try my own modernized version with big hair, dramatic eyeliner, and a full a line skirt. Since it isn't quite fall yet I was able to wear my Miu Miu Spring 2010 inspired platforms by Forever 21 with bare legs (I snagged the black pair too). I really loved the Miu Miu shoes, but was happy not to spend a ton on a trendy shoe. Once I am over them I can toss them with no regrets!

Eek! Taylor - these pics and this outfit are sooo incredible I don't know where to start! One, I LOVE the bag, 2 the shoes are SPOT on and I'll have to RUN to F21 tomorrow in search of any color (totally agree with you on the price for the trend - not worth it), 3, adore your hair and make up, and last, the outfit and location are so pretty! Love the bag, Taylor! And those shoes are a steal! I agree that buying a little cheaper so you can toss them is a great feeling. I am eyeing some booties this fall for $30 that I may just do so I can toss them when I destroy them. I am so hard on my shoes.
