My boyfriend and I love to cook and bake during the fall and winter months. Over the weekend we made: Paleo pumpkin ice cream, Paleo pumpkin cookies, BBQ whole chicken with sweet potato fries, apricot almond stuffed pork chops, and pulled pork in our slow cooker (all were quite tasty). Here are a few recipes that I've added to my can't-wait-to-try list:
1.
Lemon Rosemary Garlic Chicken
2.
Maple Butter
3.
Pumpkin Smores Cake
4.
Sweet Potato Chips
*We are not on the Paleo diet currently. However, we still make many Paleo recipes.

Hi Taylor, I just have to say I love the recipes you post.
I wish I coul send you at least a small piece of - I can call it- our poultry fiesta. every year from cca end september till november we have here in Slovakia this "fiesta". we make or better to say bake chickens, ducks or goose stuffed with apples inside, and have a special potato pancakes (or at least it looks like it) with sauerkraut. and as a special delicious touch u can have goose liver....maybe it sounds akward to u but it is soooo good. but also a calories bomb! :) that is why we have it only a few times a year.
wish u could try it... :)
Yummmm all sounds so good!
