This Saturday I promised myself that I would unplug for the entire day. I ignored my email, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr. It was the first time in over a year that I've done this. It was liberating and proved to me that I need it more often. I spent the day brutalizing myself at a CrossFit competition followed by an indulgent night eating, drinking wine, and relaxing! It was just what I needed to recharge my battery.
