This weekend was exactly what the doctor ordered. I started it with a little cold and by Sunday I was feeling better and enjoying an incredibly beautiful day. Here are a few things that helped make me feel better:
-An afternoon walk near the beach.
-A new cookbook by Gwyneth Paltrow.
-Fresh beautiful flowers.
-Going through old J. Crew catalogs.

I have skimmed through Gwyneth's book and it looks great. I like her b/c she is very aware of things in food and cooks healthy when she can. I also admire her relationship with her dad since my dad and I have the same type of bond.
I will let you all know when I try one of the recipes.
