I'm really into the neon and neutral trend that is everywhere right now (seen a lot on the Glitter Guide Tumblr). I'm also really into The Cambridge Satchel. So when mine came from Modcloth it was the perfect time to take a stab at the trend. Now you may not consider a camouflage jacket neutral but I do. It's a staple print in my closet and I think it goes with everything. I also wore my favorite nail color from Essie called "Pink Parka". It's the best hot pink and looks even better with a tan!

hi! such a cute outfit, love the colors.
one little suggestion... the bag is big, bold and beautiful, but also hits right at your booty. the layers and poof from the skirt coupled with the bag draws attention away from your teeny tiny waist and adds bulk to your widest point (derriere).
BUT this is not to say you don't have a killer figure - you do! just a suggestion. maybe a smaller bag at that length, or one that hits a little higher up.
