When times are tough it's important to stop and appreciate things that make you smile. Luckily, for me I'm tickled by many things. Whether it's soft pink peonies in milk glass or old photos of my family, I make sure to surround myself with simple pleasures.

In order shown: pink peonies from Whole Foods, vintage photo of my parents (looking beautiful), pretty magazines and a Kate Spade daily planner, a glitter dress from Hallelu, vintage photo of my dad and grandparents (my grandmother was a true style icon), old Vogue magazines and some sparkle, butternut squash with pesto and Parmesan cheese cooked in our new Le Creuset, my handlebar mustache wine opener.
