Gilt and Self
Gilt and Self

With the new year in full swing it's time to get moving on those resolutions (bravo if you already are)! After reading your comments (here) I know many of you are eager to find new ways to get fit and healthy. So I was thrilled to find out that Gilt and Self have teamed up to provide you with a fab selection of wellness and fitness materials.

Starting on January 6th-9th Gilt and Self will help you keep those new year's goals by offering:

-A SELF magazine subscription (I have this and love reading it for inspiration)
-Ultimate Home Gym Bundle by Savasa Yoga
-“Mat Workout” DVD by Tracy Anderson (she's trained Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna)
-Freshology’s National GETSLIM Silver 14 Day Package
-Sneakers and shoes by New Balance, Reebok and Columbia (My favorite-I'm desperate for new running shoes)
-Workout clothes and gear by Puma, Rese Pilates and Beyond Yoga
-For all you LA-dwellers: The Sports Club LA
-And many more

Head over to Gilt to sign up and tell me what your fitness goals are for this year.

Thanks for posting this. What a great Gilt offering for the New Year! My goal is to work out five times per week. I would like to lose some weight as well, and I'm excited that some people at work have formed a running group to aid in those two endeavors.

This is the year! I have been crying for so long about being out of shape I'm bored of myself... no more excuses... I just quit my job as well so having no time will not stop me anymore either! Thanks for the inspiration Taylor! I'm going for it! :)

What a great giveaway! After my foodie extravaganza to New Orleans over the holidays, I'd like to get back to my "clothes fit just right weight," and also run a 10K by my birthday in June.

I knocked off my January running goal two days ago, time to set higher goals and keep motivated!

My goal this year is to spend more time doing the things I enjoy such as yoga, writing, crafting and spending time with friends. Seems like an easy task, but somehow life manages to get in the way of these things! :)

This is great! I need new shoes too, but it would be risky buying them online. My feet are soooo picky! haha. There are so many great things on there though...I love the fitness bundles.

I was going to wait til my birthday (Feb 1) to get a new pair of running shoes, but bought some on Gilt today! Pink! :) How many miles and/or years until you are supposed to change your shoes, anyway? Mine have held up, but at almost 5 years old I thought it would be healthy to change them.
