Luxirare and Ladurée

french macarons
french macaron

I don't always post on the weekends, but I had to share these mouth watering photos from Luxirare and that I will hopefully be snacking on some with my boyfriend on Sunday at Le Boulange. We plan to stop by and grab some for after our hike in Mill Valley. Ever since my trip to Paris over 10 years ago I have been obsessed with anything Parisian (some examples herehere , and  here). I can't wait to get back there. Hope you all have a yummy weekend!

I love a good Mt. Tam hike. And of course, you know how much I love La Boulange. Their chai lattes are out of this world ... and it looks like we both share a love for Paris. I am headed back in June and I am counting down the days. Hugs to you lady! xo

the colours and the packaging is the best bit about laduree macarons. i find them a bit TOO sweet to be honest but i still buy them nonetheless, in london you can get them at harrods and the burlington arcade and probably at lots of othe stores around town as there are so many frogs in this city ;)
laduree in paris is just the best for people watching. my then boyfriend took me there (#he lived in paris) and ordered one of each for the two of us - we had to take another tabel as there was a sea of macarons in front of me :) nice memories of those little grown up smarties.

have you seen the packaging of laduree's collaboration with john galliano? absolutely beautiful!

i enjoy your blog lots!

Friends in Paris sent me macaroons from Laduree in Paris a few years ago and ever since I have been obsessed over the beauty of them. They look like art pieces, almost too good to eat but once you put one in your mouth it is difficult to put the beauties down!

Laduree is terrific -- when Chad and I were in Paris a few years ago, the line was around the block when we tried to stop in! Had to be satisfied with Pierre Herme...
