Pumpkin Fudge

I am a big fan of fudge. I love the sweet and rich texture and the way it melts in your mouth. I also love anything pumpkin. So the fact that I'm obsessed with pumpkin fudge is pretty obvious. It is extremely creamy, smooth and sinful. Luckily, the rich flavor keeps you from eating too much. I tried to look into a healthier version, but something tells me that this yummy dessert isn't meant to be messed with. It's full of luscious white chocolate, marshmallow creme, and pumpkin puree. I had to give it away as gifts to keep myself from breaking open the box late at night!

i've tried to tinker with fudge-making in order to make it healthier, too, but it just doesn't work. all in moderation, right?
