Baby Blues

Vintage Moschino denim top, Forever 21 shorts, Steve Madden boots, J. Crew necklace, Michael Kors watch, Target hat, Marc by Marc Jacobs handbag

California is usually sunny, but lately we have been having rain after rain except for yesterday. Here in Nor Cal the sun was shining and the sky looked breathtaking. I was soaking it in. I think that's what inspired me to wear my vintage Moschino baby blue denim top that I recently snagged. I'm in love with the soft fabric and the heart emblem on the back even if it is 3x too big for me.

When it comes to vintage shopping I would much rather do it in person, but with my schedule these days I have to be clever in how I shop. So, I have become an avid online shopper. If you are going to start online shopping the first and most important thing you need to know is your measurements. Especially, when it comes to vintage since so many of the different time era's sized their clothes differently. I also would get on Twitter & Facebook (even if you have no plans on using them) so that you can stay up to date with sales and special promotions. I swear I have come across so many fantastic sales because of my Twitter account. Have fun with online shopping.

One night when you are at home spend a few hours browsing the online stores and getting familiar with them. Check their return and exchange policies. If you are on eBay sign up for newsletters so that you are notified when new items come in. I promise you that once you get comfortable with online shopping you will get addicted. However, a word of caution. There is something about the speed of the transaction and the instant gratification that can leave your bank account depleted. So, give yourself a spending limit and stick to it!

Don't forget about the contest going on HERE.

Many of readers have asked how to achieve my quick wavy hair. Remind me never to do another v-blog again. This was so hard for me to edit. So, I apologize for some of the issues-like how it ends so quickly. If you have more questions let me know.
(and the song-I couldn't help myself)
