On My Radar-Roxy Fall Line 2009

When I interned at WWD we worked with Roxy a lot. I remember going to a market appointment at Quicksilver and falling in love with the line. First off, the Quicksilver building is amazing in So Cal. You walk in and the atmosphere is so cool and there are surf videos playing and everyone has that laid back surfer vibe. The girls from Roxy were so sweet and they had the best photos and advertising. I remember thinking that this surf line is on top of it's game. They followed trends and translated the latest fashion into their own line. I think Roxy's Fall 2009 is right on. They have layers, tie dye jeans, flannel, boyfriend jeans, and scarfs. These are all things that are very "in" right now and I think Roxy has done a superb job at creating a stylish surfer girl wardrobe this fall! 

I love that gray jacket and the checked flats, slouchy boots, and well... everything!!
