A Little Mix Match

{Forever 21 circa OLD, vintage boots, Michael Kors watch}

I don't always post outfit shots, but lately I have been in the mood. I am sorry for the same background in all of them, but I am too busy to travel for the locations right now. I wanted to post about an unexpected twist.  When you put on your outfit and decide to throw on something that most of the time you wouldn't wear with it. This dress is from Forever 21 ( I own a billion dresses) and it is very girlie. It's satin with a full skirt and bow on the chest. I usually wear it with delicate heels, but today I felt like adding these vintage boots. It is a little unexpected, but not so much that it's over the top.

I am stoked for NYFW. So, many amazing bloggers are there and they will be reporting all week! Today I plan to do some shopping when I have time. Need another H&M run and maybe a ZARA trip sometime in the next few weeks with Roxy. Check out my purchase last night {here}!

What items do you like to mix and match?

Boots and girlie dress...??? Seems like a no-no yet somehow you passed it off, and then some! Rocking attire next time I can't find those heels to match my flirty dress I'm going to wear boots!! :)

Cute, cute, and phenomenally cute! I can never pull the boot off like that, but you totally make it work without looking like you are trying to hard. Can't wait for our Zara trip! xxxooo

I like to mix and match Big chunky grandpa like cardigans/sweaters with super skinny jeans and super high-heels.
You look really hot in these pics too, by the way!

Oh, and I've added you as a link on my blog--hope you don't mind!

Taylor (I love your name)! Thanks for the sweet comment you left:)

I'm so glad you visited so that I can discover your lovely blog. You should do more outfit posts because you are so beautiful!

I'm more of a girlie girl but sometimes out of the blue, I'll feel like wearing something completely opposite:P

You are unbelievably gorgeous. Why is it that black booties make a simple white frock look so much more lovely? J'adore this ensemble.

I like to wear cognac colored riding boots with flirty babydolls or cutoff denim shorts. :)
