Fall Florals

{Forever 21 dress and sweater, Aldo booties}

Ok, so it isn't really fall here in Northern California, but it will be soon. It actually will be in the triple digits this weekend! I just can't help wanting to wear some layers and feel all bundled up and cozy. I feel like this is a good compromise. I can wear this out to dinner with the boy and when it gets a little chilly then I can throw on my favorite grandma sweater.  During the fall a pair of tights will be in order, but for now I can run around and let my legs soak up the warm summer sun! I can't wait to do an overhaul of my closet during the fall. I think it is time to weed out things that I haven't worn in a year or just look dingy. However, if I keep doing this I may run out of clothes!

love the look. i almost bought that dress at forever 21 the other day but i decided to stick to more jewelry and a work place friendly skirt.

very cute blog and i can't wait for fall too! its cooling down over here in LA but i can't tell if it is because i am closer to the beach or if it's just crazy weather.

It's not fall here in Southern California either - despite the hundred-degree heat, however, I am still wearing boots. I can't resist! Love this style - you look amazing in those heels! :)

OH I love those booties! and I've been eyeing that dress from forever 21 online but so curious how it would look in person, and now I know. cute!!

my weekend has consisted of watching it rain entirely too much. I refuse to leave the house in it! hope yours is lovely :)

Cute dress. It's been very hot here too, so it doesn't feel like fall at all, even though the leaves are changing.

How lucky you are to have that kind of weather right now! I know that feeling though of wanting to cuddle up in thick wools regardless of what's happening outside, especially when you've got a cozy new sweater! Very sweet. ♥

My weekend is nearly over, but my plains for the remainder, is to watch two movies. But figuring out what movies they are to be is the hard part.

GREAT shoes! Love them and the outfit is adorable.... I'm also loving these pictures... they are so interesting how you edited them! looks amazing. Anyways, where are you at in Nor Cal? I just moved to AZ for my husband's work, but we are from the bay area and I miss it like crazy! We were over in the east bay, with our families in both the north bay wine country, and down on the peninsula.
